On the last Sunday afternoon of the year, right before sunset, we walked through the forest of Oud-Amelisweerd. Most leaves had long gone, and the fields were soaking wet, but that didn’t stop us from breathing in the fresh winter air, exploring familiar grounds and taking some time to dance between the trees.
