There’s a quiet beauty in the simplicity of studio portraits: just you, a linen backdrop, and soft light from a nearby window. Really, that’s all it takes for a stunning photo.
Add to that the quiet, intimate atmosphere of my studio, and it becomes a perfect little escape from the chaos of everyday life. A chance to pause, take a breath, and be fully present.

how do I book a session?
When you click on the “book your studio session” button on this page (or here), you’ll see my calendar with upcoming Studio Session dates. Select your preferred date and time, and once you’ve paid the session fee, your booking will be confirmed.

what type of photos can we create?
Studio Sessions are suitable for all sorts of occassions: a portrait of just you, photos with a loved one (partner, parent or friend), family photos, or photos to celebrate your engagement or pregnancy. These sessions are also great to see if you’d like to work with me for a full session or your wedding.
is your studio accessible?
Unfortunately not. To reach my studio you have to walk up a flight of stairs. I wish it were different, but for now this space is the best choice for my circumstances. If the stairs are a problem for you, please book one of my other sessions.
how many people can I bring?
Given the limited time and space, these sessions are best suited for one or two persons. However, we can absolutely create some family portraits. So, let’s say up to two adults and three children.
can I bring a pet?
While I know how valuable it is to have photos with your pet, sadly, they cannot come into my studio. If you want to include them, you can chose one of the other sessions I offer.
what is shop credit?
Your gallery includes a shop with several options for printing your photos. I firmly believe your photos shouldn’t just live on a hard drive or phone — so, as a gift from me, you’ll receive credit to use towards printing them.
what if I want more time?
The way I set up the Studio Sessions is to make my work a bit more accessible in terms of time and budget. They’re perfect for those just wanting a handful of beautiful portraits without going through the process of planning a custom session. If you feel 30 minutes is not enough or you want a session specifically designed for you, please have a look at my other sessions.
